What's your return policy?
As of 2024: We pride ourselves on top quality products if your dog doesn't acclimate to the product or doesn't fit your car we offer a refund for up to 60 days from the delivery date. Please use the "Contact Us" form and allow 1-3 business days for a response.
NOTE- We do require additional information prior to approving the return and images. Products MUST be purchased by our direct company or by Stella & Bear on Amazon.
If you purchase through a third party site you must abide by their return policy. No exceptions.

Why is my Cozy Boost collapsing once installed?
Our seats are designed not to collapse as long as they are installed properly. Once you receive your booster seat it will be send to you fully collapsed. In order to ensure it doesn’t tilt. You must use BOTH straps. The first strap wraps around the headrest and the second strap wraps arounds the base of the seat.
Opps! My dog had an accident! How can I clean my booster seat?
We thoughtfully designed our booster seats to have a water resistant bottom so it may be easily wiped clean! In addition, the fleece liner may be fully removed attached by velcro and you may put it in a gentle cold cycle or hand wash. Line dry.
Got a pet that has high anxiety or is very energetic? What can I do to avoid them from jumping out of the booster seat?
We recommend to get your dog accustomed to the seat prior to your first car ride. Introduce it slowly by leaving the seat near their bed and add their favorite blanket, treats or toys so they will get use to it.
How do you install Cozy Boost?
Easy installation in less than a minute! Adjust straps accordingly to your car. You can easily remove it by slipping it on and off your car seat!
Our dog booster seats are designed to not collapse or fold when properly installed. Simply adjust both straps: one wraps around the headrest and second wraps around the base of the seat to ensure its secure and stable for your pet's next car ride.
